একটি অর্ডার দেওয়ার আগে সর্বদা বিবরণ চেক করুন । একটি নির্দিষ্ট লিঙ্কে একই সার্ভিসের জন্য একাধিক চলমান অর্ডার থাকা সম্ভব নয় ৷ আপনি যদি আমাদের বা অন্য কোনো মাধ্যমে একই লিঙ্কের জন্য একই সময়ে একাধিক অর্ডার দেন, তাহলে অর্ডারটি সম্পূর্ণ বলে বিবেচিত হবে এবং তার জন্য কোনো সাহায্য করা সম্ভব নয়। একটি নতুন অডার করার আগে সর্বদা দু বার চেক করুন যে একই লিঙ্কে আপনার আর একটি সক্রিয় অর্ডার নেই।

Always check description before placing an order. It's not possible to have more than one active order for the same service on a particular link. কোনো অর্ডার আংশিক হয়ে গেলে, আপনি অন্য সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করে আবার অর্ডার করতে পারেন।

Partial Status is when we partially refund the remains of an order. Sometimes for some reasons we are unable to deliver a full order, so we refund you the remaining undelivered amount. Also if any order shows partial it refill guaranty is removed automatic, no refill for partial orders.

Example: You bought an order with quantity 5000 and charges 5$, let's say we delivered 3000 and the remaining 2000 we couldn't deliver, then we will "Partial" the order and refund you the remaining 2000 (2$ in this example). This partial refunded amount will automatically adjust to your user balance.

If an order got partial, you can order again using other service.

This is an automatic server, we are unable to cancel an order after you placed it . if possible to cancel or refund your oder it take minimum 1-7days at last. Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the service, and cancellations must be requested within a specific timeframe.

যদি আমাদের সিস্টেম মাঝে মাঝে অতিরিক্ত পরিমাণ পাঠায়, অতিরিক্ত পরিমানের জন্য কোন রিফিল নেই। আমাদের সিস্টেম ব্যতিত পূর্ববর্তী এবং নতুন ড্রপের জন্য রিফিল প্রদান করা হয় না। যদি শুরুর পরিমান কখনও কমে যায় তখন আমরা রিফিল বা ফেরত দিতে অক্ষম । আমাদের সিস্টেম শুধুমাত্র শুরু গণনার পরিমাণ এবং এখন আপনার কত আছে তা পরীক্ষা করে। যদি সিস্টেম গণনা শুরু করার জন্য কোন ড্রপ পাওয়া না যায় তবে এটির জন্য রিফিল করা সম্ভব নয় ।

The refill system works only when drop ratio is more then %10, for some services it work when drop ratio is more then %5. Some services have guaranteed refills within a specific time or amount limit. The start date of the order determines the remaining warranty days, and refill requests must be made after 24 hours of completing an order. After receiving the refill request, it takes 1-7 days for the refill to be completed.

If our system send extra quntity, no refill for extra delivery. Refills are not provided for previous and new drops. If start count goes down ever we can't refill or refund.
